PURPOSE: A cooking and keeping warmth lid is provided to keep warmth for a predetermined time by using electric energy stored in a charging device installed in the inside when an external power source is intercepted. CONSTITUTION: A cooking and keeping warmth lid(100) comprises a cover(110), a lid handle(111), and a heating member. The cover covers an upper part of a container(200) and separates space comprised of the cover and the container from the outside. The lid handle is attached to the upper part of the cover. The lid handle comprises one of a display panel(130) and a charging device. The heating member is mounted on a lower part of the cover and supplies heat energy to the container. A splay panel displays information on time of a menu, cooking, and keeping warmth.
