A carton lining is unslit at the corners and is glued to three of the end flaps 8-10, the fourth flap 7 being separated from the lining and the other flaps and forming the top or bottom of the carton. The intermediate end flap 9 is of a length equal to the width of each of the opposed sides 3, 5 of the carton between which it is located and the lining projects equally far beyond the panels as the flap 9, while each of the flaps 8, 10 is shorter than the flap 9. |
