PURPOSE: A CCTV surveillance apparatus is provided to store high volume images taken by a CCTV surveillance device or to transmit the images after compressing the images into low volume data, thereby enhancing security and managing image data. CONSTITUTION: The image data taken by a surveillance camera is inputted, through a distributor, to a first main board and a second main board in a local server. An integrated control server(3) has two main boards and two memories. The local server controls the surveillance camera, an alarm bell, and a light bar and transmits data to the integrated control server. The first main board comprises a first hard disk, a first LAN card, a local network LAN port, and an MMS controller. The second main board comprises a second hard disk, a second LAN card, an external network LAN port, a breaker, and an MMS controller. The local server and the integrated control server are connected through a duplex network comprising a wired network and a wireless network.
