The doorstep door leaf (14) has a door leaf frame (40) and door leaf broad sides (26,30) forming panels (28,32). An isolator (38) is arranged between the panels. The door leaf frame is formed form a metal half-shell (42) and a plastic half-shell (44). The door leaf frame is comprised of frame spars (50,52) having frame spar half-shells (54,58) formed as metal profile (56) and plastic profile (60) respectively. An independent claim is included for method fro manufacturing doorstep door leaf. |
