PURPOSE: A red clay panel for a flooring plate and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to be texturized into a hardwood and to prevent a panel from cracking and being damaged by water penetration and drying shrinkage, and to reinforce a red clay layer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for red clay panel comprises the following steps of: preparing red clay powder(S10); producing a paste by mixing and stirring a glue with water to the red clay powder(S11); forming the paste into red clay plates with a predetermined depth(S12); engaging a reinforcement mesh between two red clay plates, and subsequently joining the red clay plates with each other by surfaces(S13); applying aqueous silicone on the surface of the red clay plate(S14); adhering hanji(traditional Korean paper) to the silicone coated layer(S15); assembling the red clay plate to a panel frame(S16); and joining a sliced veneer on the surface of the red clay plate(S17).
