PURPOSE: A skin care device comprising electric threads is provided to effectively treat tumors in the body and be used in protruding skin areas thanks to the bendy electric threads. CONSTITUTION: A skin care device comprises; an electrode plate(300) which comprises electronic threads, an electricity generating device(200) which generates electricity through the electrode plate and a pad(400) which is applied to a patient and connected to the electricity generating device. The electric threads coat the insulated layer of the conductive metal body. The electricity generating device generates at least one among a high frequency wave, an ionic wave, and ultrasound. The electric threads are formed in a way that a conductive layer is coated on a part of the surface of the non-conductive metal body.
