PURPOSE: A surface-modified tantalum oxide nanoparticle and a contrast agent for X-ray CT and a high dielectric thin film using the same are provided to continuously perform microemulsion preparation to surface modification in a single reactor. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a surface-modified tantalum nanoparticle comprises: a step of adding an aqueous phase containing water to an organic solvent containing a surfactant and preparing a water-in-oil microemulsion; a step of introducing a tantalum precursor to the microemulsion; a step of adding a surface modifier containing an organic silane group or a phosphine group; a step of removing the organic solvent; and a step of isolating the surface-modified tantalum oxide nanoparticles. |
