摘要 PURPOSE: A method for reducing vertical vibration of an elevator is provided to reduce the vertical vibration of an elevator because disturbance is removed while the size and phase of gyro frequency is compensated after the size and phase of the gyro frequency are obtained by a signal processing process and a P-I controller. CONSTITUTION: A method for reducing vertical vibration of an elevator is as follows. After eccentric torque is obtained, the rotational speed pulsation of an electric motor due to torque disturbance is calculated by the eccentric torque(100). An integral controller is added to a low pass filter to find the phase of the speed pulsation(200). After a sine function is multiplied to the rotation speed of an electric motor, the size of the speed pulsation is found by using the gyro frequency components of the electric motor, the twice gyro frequency components of the electric motor, and current components(300). The current reference of a torque axis for feedforwardly compensating the torque pulsation is calculated by using the phase and size of the speed pulsation(400). The current reference of the torque axis of a feedforward compensating current controller is added to the current reference of a torque axis dividing the torque reference that is the output of a speed controller by a constant torque value to use the current reference of the torque axis of the current controller. Accordingly, the speed pulsation of an electric motor rotary shaft can be compensated(500).
