PURPOSE: A delivery sequence sorting system for parcel items and a method thereof are provided to improve the accuracy of the sorting using a sorting machine based on RFID. CONSTITUTION: A mail inlet(110) recognizes parcels in which RFID tags are attached. The mail inlet extracts tag IDs from the tags. An information storage unit(120) stores destination address information of the packages corresponding to the extracted tag IDs. An usual route generator(140) generates usual route file about the tag IDs. A controller(130) sorts the trays in which the parcel items are loaded.
