PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition with a pain relief effect is provided to reduce side effects due to interaction of drug and to maximize medication effects. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition with a pain relief effect is comprised of antianxiety drug, antidepressant, and anti-inflammatory analgesic agent. The antianxiety drug is selected among diazepam, chlordiazepoxide, or eth-yl loflazepate. An antidepressant is selected among amitriptyline, clomipramine, and team conference like imipramine. The anti-inflammatory analgesic agent is selected among ASA, and Non-Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs(NSAIDs) like acetoaminophen.
