PURPOSE: A lower control arm assembly for a front suspension system is provided to ensure assembling productivity and lightening, to compensate a durability problem according to heat affect, and to reduce a poor welding problem by shortening the heat affect length of a control arm. CONSTITUTION: A lower control arm assembly(2a) for a front suspension system comprises a control arm(100), a ball joint, a front first bush, a rear second bush(400), and a rear mounting pin(500). The ball joint is installed at one side of the control arm. The front first bush and rear second bush are installed at the opposite front and rear side of the ball joint. The rear mounting pin is combined in the rear end of the control arm of the opposite side of the ball-joint for the installation of the rear second bush. |
