<p>PURPOSE: A conductive film having excellent optical property is provided to have low difference of surface reflectance and excellent light transmittance, and to be variously used in displays or lighting fields. CONSTITUTION: A first layer(20) is formed on a plastic member(10), a second layer(30) is formed on the first layer, and a conductive layer(40) is formed on the second layer. The first and the second layers include organic matters, inorganic matters, and organic and inorganic compounds. The organic matters are selected from a group composed of acrylic resin, urethane resin, melamine resin, alkyd resin, and siloxane-based resin. The inorganic matters are a condensate of a metal alkoxide compound including one or more kinds of metal selected from a group composed of aluminum, zirconium, titanium, tin, and silicone.</p> |
