PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a fish skin is provided to manufacture an environment-friendly fish skin with original patterns without damage to the fish skin. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a fish skin comprises a step of injecting raw skin, warm water, abrasive member, and detergent into a rotary drum(S10); a step of rotating the rotary drum and separating impurities of surface which includes vinyl and protein oil(S20); a step of discharging warm water and abrasive member filled in the rotary drum(S30); a step of injecting warm water and plant oil into the rotary drum and washing the raw skin by rotating the rotary drum(S40); a step of discharging the raw skin from the rotary drum and drying the raw skin(S50).
