PURPOSE: A hearth roll is provided to prevent the length increase of the hearth roll due to the installation of an elastic unit and to prevent the elastic unit from being exposed to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A hearth roll comprises a roll body(20), first and second flanges(31), rotary shaft parts(40), and a pressing device(50). The first and second flanges support both sides of the roll body. The rotary shaft parts are protruded from the first and second flanges. The pressing device comprises a slider(51), a fixing unit(54), and an elastic unit(53) and attaches the first flange to the roll body.
