摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# The system has circular air distributer rings including exhaust openings in a region of cooling air channels of transformer windings. The distributer rings are provided below the windings. Cooling air gaps are distributed over a winding cross-section. Each cooling air channel is supplied with a defined cooling air quantity by the rings around a leg of a transformer. The rings are connected with each other. The exhaust openings possess different cross-sections. The rings are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Ventilation system for ventilating a cast resin transformer. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The circular air distributer rings include the exhaust openings in the region of the cooling air channels of the transformer windings, thus enabling direct and dosed supply of cooling air, achieving forced ventilation and a high flow speed in the cooling air gaps, and reducing dust deposits. The exhaust openings possess the different cross-sections, thus enabling adaptation of a flow to critical thermal loading points, and a cooling air quantity in critical regions of the windings, and reducing thermal aging of cast resin, and hence increasing a service life of the transformer. The system avoids the need for movable parts at the transformer. The system has a simple structure and is earthquake proof, thus avoiding the need for special additional testing for obtaining a corresponding evolution and nature of science institute (ENSI) classification. The system increases a power output of the transformer to 40%.
