PURPOSE: A user terminal and a touch panel are provided to reduce an electrode plate by extending connection patterns in the electrode plate from electrodes. CONSTITUTION: An electrode plate(213) includes arranged electrodes and connection patterns touching the electrodes in the electrode plate to be extended from the electrodes in an one-way direction. The electrode plate vertically arranges horizontal electrode patterns(231) horizontally extended and horizontally arranges vertical electrode patterns(221) vertically extended in order to form the electrodes at a crossing spot of the vertical and the horizontal electrode patterns. The connection patterns are composed of horizontal connection patterns extended from the horizontal electrode patterns and vertical connection patterns extended form the vertical electrode patterns. The horizontal and the vertical electrode patterns are extended to be alternately arranged.
