PURPOSE: A roller plate for a railway turnout is provided to increase adhesive power of a tongue rail and a base rail and to reduce changeover power by reducing frictional force of a point upper plate and the tongue rail with rotating force of a roller when the tongue rail moves. CONSTITUTION: A roller plate for a railway turnout comprises a point upper plate(100) and a roller part(200). The point upper plate comprises an upper plate(110), support planes(120), a frame(130), and screw spike holes(140). The upper plate is a rectangular shape and the support plane is directly upwardly projected from one side of the upper plate at a constant height. The frame is formed into a rectangular shape inside the support plane and comprises an opening. The screw spike holes are respectively formed in left and right sides and the front and the rear sides of the upper plate. The roller part comprises a roller and a roller cover. The roller is installed on the frame and a roller shaft is built in the center of the roller. The roller cover is formed into a rectangular shape to cover the roller and comprises an opening. |
