PURPOSE: A processing method of a high concentrated fluorine-containing wastewater is provided to reduce the used amount of the calcium hydroxide or the calcium chloride, save the processing cost of the fluorine wastewater processing, reduce the producing amount of the waste water, and remarkably reduce the concentration of the fluorine ion contained in the wastewater. CONSTITUTION: A processing method of a high concentrated fluorine-containing wastewater comprises following steps. A neutralization reaction step by adding two to three times concentrated calcium hydroxide or the calcium chloride compared to the fluorine ion concentration in the wastewater containing a high concentrated fluorine(S100); a cohesion and precipitation step of the fluorine ion by injecting a the fluid polymer coagulant in a 1~10ppm ratio into the wastewater containing the neutralized fluorine(S110); a step of controlling the pH concentration of the wastewater to 2.0~6.0 by injecting the sulfuric acid or the NaOH in the wastewater with the fluorine ion processed with cohesion and precipitation(S120); an electrocoagulation step of the wastewater through an reaction chamber in which an aluminum electrode plate is independently arranged or the aluminum electrode plate and the iron electrode plate are cross arranged(S130); a step of controlling the pH concentration of the reaction water to 6.0~8.0 by injecting the sulfuric acid or the NaOH in the electrocoagulated reaction water(S140); a step of cohesion and precipitation of the fluorine ion by injecting the fluid polymer coagulant in a 1~10ppm ratio to the reaction water(S150); and a step of filtering the processing water in which the fluorine ion is coherence and precipitated(S160).
