摘要 PURPOSE: High-silicon bearing steel and a spheroidizing annealing method thereof are provided to improve the spheroidization rate of carbides by heat-treating the carbides with 800~850°C. CONSTITUTION: High-silicon bearing steel is composed of carbon 0.50~1.20 weight%, silicon 1.0~2.0 weight%, manganese 0.20~1.0 weight%, sulfur less than 0.02 weight%, phosphorus less than 0.02 weight%, chrome 0.10~1.60 weight%, iron and inevitable impurities. The micro structure of the bearing steel comprises cementite. The average diameter of cementite particles is less than 2 micrometer. The cementite particles are uniformly distributed.
