PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing sea squirt makkoli containing pine needles is provided to produce makkoli with the deep fragrance with sea squirt. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing sea squirt makkoli comprises: a step of soaking a mixture of rice and sea squirt(S1); a step of heating the soaked water and boiling the rice to prepare hard-boiled rice and steaming(S2); a step of cooling(S3); and a step of injecting in a fermentation tank(S4) and fermenting(S5).
