PURPOSE: A photosensitive resin is provided to suppress separation of an unexposed part and reduce impurities on a colored pattern including copolymer structure units with an optimum ratio. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive resin comprises a coloring agent, resin, polymerizable compound, and polymerizable initiator. The coloring agent includes dye. The copolymer comprises a copolymer including structure units 1, 2, and 3. The structure unit 1 is derived from one or more selected from a group consisting of unsaturated carbon acid and unsaturated carbon anhydride. The structure unit 2 is derived from a monomer with C2-4 cyclic ether and ethylenically unsaturated monomer. The structure unit 3 is derived from chemical formula x. In chemical formula x, Xa1 is a single bond, -Xa2- *-Xa2-O-, *-Xa2-S-, or *-Xa2-NH; and Xa2 is C1-6 alkanediyl group. |
