PURPOSE: A joint processing method of the high concentrated nitrogen containing waste water with fluorine using the electrocoagulation and the electrolysis is provided to process the ions lowering the life time of an electrode board due to the damage and scale of the electrode board through a preconditioning process by the electrocoagulation and thereby efficiently processing the nitrogen flowing in. CONSTITUTION: A joint processing method of the high concentrated nitrogen containing waste water with fluorine using the electrocoagulation and the electrolysis comprises following steps. A step of injecting the sulfuric acid or the NaOH in fluorine, calcium, nitrogen, phosphorus, and color containing waste water in order to control the pH concentration of the waste water to 3.0~6.0(S100); a step of electrocoagulating the waste water by an electric coagulating device(S110); a step of injecting the fluid polymer coagulant into the electrocoagulation reaction water in a ratio of 1~10ppm in order to cohere and precipitate the fluorine ion, calcium ion, nitrogen ion and phosphor ion contained in the reaction water(S120); a step of electrolysis a first processing water in which is cohered by the polymer coagulant, by an electrolysis device(S130); and a step of filtering the electrolyzed second processing water(S140).
