PURPOSE: A apparatus and method of health condition determination and the apparatus and method of health sorting function generation are provided to enable the health management of an advanced prevention by conveniently measuring the health condition of a user by using the personal and physical information and skin characteristic of a user. CONSTITUTION: A skin characteristic(200) is classified into the average friction coefficient(201) of skin, a friction slope degree(202), an elastic coefficient(203), and a damping coefficient(204). A personal information(210) includes information about the identities of a user. Physical information(220) includes one of a taeeum physiological type(221), a soeum physiological type(222), a soyang physiological type(223), and a taeyang physiological type(224). A health condition determination apparatus(230) includes an input unit(231), a processing unit(232), and a determination unit(233). The input unit receives the skin characteristic of a user, personal information, and physical information. The processing unit calls a health sorting function corresponding to inputted physical information. The determination unit determines the health condition of a user by using a called health sorting function through a processing unit.
