<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the combination of securing communication quality with improving a degree of freedom in arranging a network device. <P>SOLUTION: A communication system includes: a base station for forming a radio zone; a controller to be connected to the base station and a guarantee type network; a network device to be connected to a best effort type network; and a gateway for mutually connecting the guarantee type network and the best effort type network. The base station communicates with a radio station in the radio zone through a radio channel. The network device includes a radio communication part, a path formation part, a determination part, and a switching part. The path formation part forms a default path by way of the best effort type network and the gateway and a radio path by way of the radio channel, the base station, and the controller in link formation with a communication apparatus of the guarantee type network as the other party. The determination part determines the priority level of communication. The switching part switches a path to be used for communication with the communication apparatus from the default path into the radio path when the priority level determined by the determination part is equal to or more than a predefined level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
