<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of avoiding power-on resetting when given a voltage capable of holding data in an SRAM in a standby state. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 5 notifies transition into a standby state. A power supply control circuit 11 reduces power consumption in an SRAM 4 in the standby state.
