The arrangement (1) has a pressure-resistant shell (2) arranged in a traction direction (Z), and a cable core (3) guided into the shell to transmit tensile forces. A nipple (4) i.e. drum-shaped nipple, is arranged at the core and hooked into a lug (5) of an actuating element (6). The nipple comprises a form-stable core (7) that is provided with a partially surrounded elastic sleeve (8) having a transition- or interference fit at the lug. The stable core comprises inner and outer parts (7a, 7b), where the inner part exhibit high strength than that of the outer part. The inner part consists of metal alloy or composite material. The outer part is made of low-friction plastic. The sleeve consists of elastomer.
