<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor which is configured to reproduce a moving image to which a requirement of an operator for one of image quality, resolution, and frame rate or a combination among them for the moving image is applied when the moving image is to be reproduced by a plurality of moving image reproduction devices by synchronizing the devices. <P>SOLUTION: Requirement transmission means of an information processor transmits a requirement for one of image quality, resolution and frame rate or a combination among them for a moving image to be reproduced by synchronizing with other information processors, to a moving image transmitter on the basis of operations by an operator. Moving image reception means receives the moving image converted by the moving image transmitter on the basis of the requirement transmitted by the requirement transmission means.
