<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer container allowing almost all developer to be used up by evenly swinging off developer adhering to the top face and both side faces of the internal wall of the developer container when an amount of remaining developer has become smaller, and an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The developer container comprises: an accommodating part for accommodating developer: an agitation member provided in the accommodating part so as to be rotatable; a moving part, at one end, moved in contact with the rotating agitation member; a slide part, at the other end, configured to slide against an internal wall of the accommodating part according to the movement of the moving part; a swing member swung according to the rotation of the agitation member; and a support part supporting the swing member to the accommodating part.
