PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transfer a packet when redundancy is attained in a communication apparatus.

SOLUTION: An information processing device includes: a specification part for specifying a communication kind assigned to a first router through the use of first data indicating the communication kinds assigned to respective routers when a packet is received from the first router among the multiple routers; and a request part for requesting a communication apparatus closest to the first router to output a packet related to the specified communication kind to a virtual line for transferring the packet to the first router among multiple communication apparatuses where virtual lines for transferring a packet to each router are set and which are under the routers.
