NANO-PRINTING MOLD, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING NANO-PRINTING MOLD, AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING MATERIAL USING NANO-PRINTING MOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for readily manufacturing a nano-printing mold with providing seam even if the area of the uneven surface to be transferred is larger.

SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the nano-printing mold includes: a step of forming a membrane containing a liquid crystal material; a step of obtaining a membrane having an uneven surface by orienting the liquid crystal material having a helical structure, securing the orientation of the liquid crystal material, and forming a relief structure on the surface of the membrane; and a step of obtaining a metal molded article having the uneven surface formed by the transfer from the relief structure as the nano-printing mold by forming the metal molded article on the uneven surface of the membrane.
