<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixture heat insulation box that greatly improves the efficiency and safety of opening/closing operation for a discharge port during discharge of a mixture. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a heat insulation box B including a heat insulation chamber 12 in which a mixture (heated asphalt) is put and held and a housing 16 which houses and holds the heat insulation chamber. The heat insulation chamber 12 includes a heat insulation chamber body 13 and heat insulation means for heating and heat insulation of the heat insulation chamber body. A mixture discharge port 20 on a rear-end side of the housing can be opened and closed with a single swing mixture discharge door 42 pivoted on an upper end, and while a closing preventive linear body of the mixture discharge door 42 is arranged between a rotational end of the mixture discharge door 42 and an upper part of a housing front wall, air springs which energize the mixture discharge door 42 in a door opening direction are arranged between both sides of the mixture discharge door 42 and both edges of the mixture discharge port 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
