The melodic cup for use by the visually impaired according to the present invention can detect the water level, wherein a melody is outputted only when the mug/cup is filled with potable liquid, is controlled so as to not output a melody when the mug/cup is filled with water for washing or the like in order to prevent the output of unnecessary sounds from the melody cup for use by the visually impaired so as to contribute toward the reduction of battery consumption, and has gaps between the water level measuring sensors which become smaller as they progress in the upward direction such that the time between each output of the melody is shortened in order to enable a visually impaired person to more cautiously pour liquid into the mug/cup. |
