<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst for homogeneous hydrogenation reaction, especially a catalyst for homogeneous asymmetric hydrogenation reaction, containing an asymmetric copper complex having an asymmetric ligand useful for hydrogenation reaction, especially asymmetric hydrogenation reaction, which is relatively easily obtainable having excellent economical efficiency and workability, and to provide a method for producing a hydride of an unsaturated compound, especially an optically active compound, using the catalyst in a high yield having high optical purity. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the catalyst for homogeneous asymmetric hydrogenation reaction containing a mixture of an asymmetric ligand and a copper compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
