<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a tilt adjustment of a vibration-proof optical element in an optical vibration-proof device. <P>SOLUTION: An optical vibration-proof device 3 includes: a base member 301; a shift member 313 which holds a vibration-proof element L3 and is movable in shift directions orthogonal to the optical axis direction relative to the base member; and three or more balls 304 which are disposed between the base member and the shift member and roll relative to the base member and the shift member along with the movement of the shift member in the shift directions. The base member holds ball receiving members 309, with which at least two balls out of the three or more balls come into contact so as to be able to roll, in such a manner so as to be movable in the optical axis direction, and also includes adjustment members 310 which make the ball receiving members move in the optical axis direction. The adjustment members have a cam surface for fixing a position of the ball receiving members in the optical axis direction, and are cam members which can rotate about the axis extending in the direction orthogonal to the optical axis direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
