<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent attachment of a cement solidification body to stir blades so as to excellently perform a subsequent cement mixing work when mixing radioactive waste with cement through use of the stir blades inside a predetermined container to obtain a cement mixture and disposing of the radioactive waste by solidifying the cement mixture. <P>SOLUTION: Radioactive waste and cement are mixed through the use of stir blades inside a container having the stir blades to obtain a cement mixture containing the radioactive waste and cement. Subsequently, the stir blades are kept at temperature equal to or lower than -5°C thereby to delay the solidification of an attachment derived from the cement mixture attached to the stir blades.
