<p>The purpose of the present invention is to accurately calibrate positional deviations of imaging devices on an image acquisition apparatus having a plurality of imaging devices. An image acquisition apparatus adjustment method for achieving the above-described purpose as an aspect of the present invention is a method for adjusting an image acquisition apparatus which uses a plurality of imaging devices to capture images of different regions of a subject projected by an imaging optical system, said method being characterized by comprising a first step for capturing an image of a test sample with the image acquisition apparatus, a second step for acquiring calibration values for positions of the plurality of imaging devices on the basis of a reference image and the captured image of the test sample, and a third step for calibrating the positions of the plurality of imaging devices on the basis of the calibration values.</p> |
