PURPOSE: A method for fabricating elastic fiber with high power is provided to manufacturing polyurethaneurea elastic yarn and to lighten mixture knit fabric. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating elastic fiber with high power comprises: a step of preparing pre-polymers using ether-based glycol and diisocyanate mixture; a step of adding chain extender to the pre-polymers to prepare polyurethaneurea polymers; and a step of stirring the polyurethaneurea polymers and maturing polyurethaneurea spinning solution for spinning. The diisocyanate is selected from the group consisting of 4,4'-diphenylmethanediisocyanate, 1,5'-naphthalene isocyanate, 1,4'-phenylene diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate, 1,4'-cyclohexanediisocyanate, 4,4'-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate, and isoporodiisocyanate. |
