<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation in a periphery of a flat part of a heat sink which is caused by a load when a heat sink body is brazed. <P>SOLUTION: Plates 1, 2, each of which has small flanges 5 and erection parts 3 and is formed into a dish shape, are disposed so as to face and overlap each other, an inner fin 7 is disposed in the plates 1, 2, and those components are brazed to each other in a fluid-tight manner to form a liquid cooled heat sink. Each erection part 3 is formed by an inclination part 3a inclining in a direction that expands from a bottom part 4 toward an opening and each small flange 5 slightly moves to the outer side in the peripheral direction when external force is applied to an area between both plates in the thickness direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
