<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable chemical analyzer by confirming a state of a blown-out air, with respect to an automatic chemical analyzer reaction vessel configured to blow out an air to a reaction liquid in a vessel of an agitation target from an air jetting port arranged on an upper side of the vessel, to agitate the reaction liquid. <P>SOLUTION: A reaction vessel installation base (reaction disk) 161 comprises a pore 240 and pressure detection means 241 communicating to the pore. Before or after an agitation operation, while blowing out an air, a jetting port (nozzle) 170 is moved.
