PURPOSE: An electrical connector is provided to install a solder structure on a side which is faced with a circuit substrate of a substrate access unit each other, thereby implementing narrow pitch between substrate access units. CONSTITUTION: A solder structure(30) is installed on a side(22) which is faced with a circuit board of a substrate access unit(21) each other and is accessed to the circuit substrate by reflow soldering. The solder structure is formed with a 3D cone shape. A long diameter direction of the cone shape is arranged in a length direction of the substrate access unit. A short diameter direction of the cone shape is arranged in a width direction of the substrate access unit. |
