<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color toner for optical fixing that realizes both prevention of a change in color on a surface of toner and fixability without reducing a processing speed. <P>SOLUTION: A color toner for optical fixing containing an infrared absorbent can be used in an optical fixing device for irradiating an unfixed toner attached to a surface of a recording medium with an infrared ray to fuse and fix the unfixed toner on the recording medium. The light absorption rate of the color toner for optical fixing is set lower than a light absorption rate of a black toner in the wavelength region of the infrared ray from the optical fixing device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
