PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a battery case is provided to easily form an acceptance part and enhance accuracy of the acceptance part, thereby improve safety and extend lifetime of the battery. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a battery case comprises the following steps: perpendicularly forming a slit to a longitudinal direction of the base material(200) on top of a site in which the acceptance part will be formed; forming an acceptance part by compressing the base material using a die(100) which the depth of an end part which copes with the top of the acceptance part increases towards the opposite end; and manufacturing the battery case by cutting the base material. |
