<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve simplification of a process for wiring applied in manufacturing a solar cell module and improvement of insulation performance and industrial design as the solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module comprises a plurality of solar cells 11 are electrically connected by being arranged in a linear manner to form a cell unit 13, two neighboring solar cells positioned at each end of the cell unit 13 (11a1 and 11a2, 11b1 and 11b2, 11c1 and 11c2, 11d1 and 11d2, and 11e1 and 11e2) are electrically connected by first to fifth wiring members 41 to 45 while arranging the plural cell units in a horizontal line, thereby coating members 411 to 415 having insulation property cover a portion or at least a part of the portion excluding a connection portion of the first to fifth wiring members in the solar cell module having a structure in which the entire solar cell arranged in matrix are connected in series. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
