摘要 <p>Provided is an elevator control device in which a large scale step-down circuit, an insulating circuit, and the like are not required and a circuit for detecting an abnormality of a two-level inverter bus-line DC voltage value can be reduced in size. Therefore, the elevator control device has: a grounded neutral three-phase AC power supply; a converter for converting a three-phase AC voltage from the three-phase AC power supply to a two-level DC voltage having a high voltage level and a low voltage level; and an inverter for converting the two-level DC voltage from the converter to an AC voltage and driving an elevator motor. The elevator control device is also configured by including first and second capacitors provided between the converter and the inverter and connected between the high and low voltage sides of the two-level DC voltage in series; and a detection means for detecting the voltage to earth at the connection portion between the first and second capacitors as an intermediate voltage. The detection means detects, based on the detected intermediate voltage, an abnormality of the two-level DC voltage input to the inverter.</p>
