<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device in which a deviation of a transfer roller in a transfer pressure axis direction caused by installation error of a belt surface speed detection sensor is suppressed in a prescribed allowable value. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor holding member 130 for supporting a surface speed detection device 110 having scale sensors 6A and 6B, or a sensor substrate 127 which is integrally formed with the scale sensors 6A and 6B, is brought into contact with an intermediate transfer belt 10. An adjustment mechanism 160 for adjusting a pressing force of a pressing mechanism 140, the pressing force being generated by a resilience of a spring 143, is provided to the pressing mechanism 140 of a primary transfer roller 62K and a primary transfer roller 62C at one of or both of a belt moving direction upstream side of the surface speed detection device 110 and downstream side thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
