<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect deterioration of a coating film such as a thick anticorrosion coating film in an earlier stage. <P>SOLUTION: In a step S101, a storage elastic modulus and a loss tangent of a coating film to be measured are measured by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement. For instance, a part of the coating film to be measured is cut out, a cut test piece is used, a frequency for measurement is set to a predetermined value, a temperature is held at a room temperature (about 23°C), and dynamic viscoelasticity measurement is performed by a well-known dynamic viscoelasticity measurement apparatus. In a step S102, a state that at least one of the measured storage elastic modulus and loss tangent is set and is smaller than each reference value is determined as deterioration of the coating film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
