摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication apparatus and a resonant frequency adjusting method, which can reduce size and weight, and easily adjust the resonance frequency of a mass-production apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication apparatus is equipped with a sheet-shaped antenna 41, and first and second cover bodies 42 and 43 for covering the antenna 41. On the antenna 41 side of the first cover body 42, a first rib 42a of a dielectric body which abuts on the antenna 41 is provided. A resonance frequency adjusting method is as follows. The first cover body 42 provided with the first rib 42a is molded by a mold. The resonance frequency of the antenna 41 covered by the molded first cover body 42 is measured. The measured resonance frequency is compared with predetermined frequency, and the mold is changed so as to increase an abutting area between the first rib 42a and the antenna 41, when the measured resonance frequency is higher than the predetermined frequency, and decrease the abutting area between the first rib 42a and the antenna 41 when the measured resonance frequency is lower than the predetermined frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
