<p>Disclosed is a light-emitting element 10 including: an anode layer 12, a dielectric layer 13 and a cathode layer 14 successively laminated on a surface of a substrate 11; plural penetrating portions 16 that penetrate at least the dielectric layer 13 and extend from the anode layer 12 to the cathode layer 14; and a light-emitting portion 17 that covers at least between the both electrode layers on an inner surface of each of the plural penetrating portions 16, wherein a perimeter of a shape of each of the plural penetrating portions 16 on a surface of the anode layer 12 is longer than a perimeter of a minimum circle enclosing the shape, and a maximum width of the shape is in a range of 0.01 µm to 5 µm, thereby providing a light-emitting element having high luminance and light-emitting efficiency.</p> |
