FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extruder. Proposed extruder prepares moulding material by heating, mixing, melting and plasticising raw and comprises foam maker. Said extruder extrudes moulding material from screw end and comprises extrusion die arranged at screw end and moulding die arranged at extruder outlet. Note here that distribution grate is arranged at extrusion die outlet to create limiting force to counteract extruding force applied to moulding material extruded from screw end, hence to counteract the screw.
