Ironing appliance comprising a steam distribution circuit

The apparatus i.e. domestic iron has a steam distributing circuit for feeding steam to steam outlet holes, and including a filter (8) having openings sized to retain scale particles. The steam distributing circuit includes another filter (9) arranged in series with the former filter, where the latter filter is placed downstream of the former filter and includes openings smaller than the openings of the former filter. The widths of the openings of the former filter are between 1 mm and 2 mm, and the widths of the openings of the latter filter are between 0.2 m and 0.6 mm.
